The Royal Pacific Tourist Retreat and Caravan Park in Chinderah near Tweed Heads on the far north coast of NSW has been sold for $2.5 million by Ray White Commercial.
The 11,000m² freehold site at 109 Chinderah Road was marketed by Sam Johnson of Ray White Commercial Coolangatta/Tweed Heads on behalf of a private vendor.
Mr Johnson said the popular caravan park was purchased by a US-based investor following an Offers to Purchase campaign. He said the buyer has appointed an onsite manager to continue operations at the caravan park.
“We had solid interest in this offering, which consisted of a large four bedroom manager’s residence, manager’s office, two 2-bedroom residential units and 50 additional sites,” Mr Johnson said.
“The caravan park has three street frontages, one of which is approximately 70 metres long and faces Chinderah Road.”
“It’s located in a popular holiday region just minutes from the Gold Coast International Airport and Kingscliff beaches.”
