He graduated from Griffith University, Gold Coast with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Real Estate and Property Development with minors in Marketing & Finance. As the dynamics of real estate surpass the need to be highly effective during the immediate transaction Tanaka prides himself in not only being a property consultant but adopts an advisory role to his clients. Tanaka focuses on the finer detail. This is because he believes everyone overlooks and underestimates the intricacies of the transaction that usually make or break the deal. This has seen him involved in some quality transactions in a short period of time with now long term clients.
